This application is for applicants who wish to have the attorney review their information and if possible prepare AN UNCONTESTED DIVORCE application without an in person attendance at the office.
HOW DOES IT WORK

2. The attorney will contact you and discuss your case with you.
3. If you qualify you will be asked to accept the retainer agreement
4. Your credit card will not be charged until you accept the retainer agreement
5. Your divorce application will be prepared and mailed to you.
6. The original application must be returned to the office
7. The attorney will file the completed documents on your behalf

UNCONTESTED DIVORCE

This application is for married couples with no children or children over 21 years old. In addition, no application is sought by the applicant for MAINTENANCE, or PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION. The sole relief is a divorce only. All other applicants seeking an additional relief (e.g CUSTODY/ CHILD SUPPORT/ORDERS OF PROTECTION/ MAINTENANCE/ PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION), please contact the office via telephone or email for an appointment. Legal Fees and mailing charges are $450 plus court cost of $335. (Total:$785). The aforesaid fee of $785.00 does not include fees for service on your spouse. Service of the defendant is the responsibility of the applicant. The fee of $785.00 is applicable only to applicants in the United States.
